Here's the deal, this is what your're going to do.
1) Reset the Vonage box and the WRT to factory defaults.
2) Connect the Cable modem to the WRT, then set up all your PC's on it, and make sure you can get to the Internet from all of them. If you can't, your WRT is probably dying. By setting factory defaults, the ONLY thing that can be wrong if it doesn't work is a hardware failure.
3) Assuming all your machines can access the internet at this point, connect the Vonage device to one of the WRT's LAN ports. Remember, your Vonage device will have a DIFFERENT IP, and a DIFFERENT network from your WRT and it's devices. Make sure you only have DHCP Server enabled for the WRT. You will not be able to access the Vonage device from ANY of the wireless devices, unless you take one of them and physically plug into it. Two different networks means no access across them easily.
4) Once you have the machines working, check for all the indicators on the Vonage device, and then check for dial tone.
5) Do some web browsing while making a call, and run a speed test at the same time. This will tell you if there is any issue with QOS, and if you need to upgrade your firmware. With as many machines as you have, you may need to go to third party firmware.
