Is there a summary of the Vonage codes?

• I see mention of codes such as #104, and *99, but I have not been able to find any mention
• Thanks, that's a good page, but it still doesn't have even 1/3 of the codes I have
• From my previous reading on the forum, #104 is a Direct Tivo dial prefix and isn't
