Here are some suggestions.

1. Your test results are as good as it will get so I know it's not your ISP.
2. Try using a regular telephone that is wired to your home instead of the cordless. If all the snap crackle pop disappears we know something is interfering with your wireless phone.
3. If connecting a regular wired telephone to your house wiring doesn't solve it, then next try connecting your cordless phone directly to your Vonage router.

By the way, are you using a wireless router? Also which Vonage router are you using. There could be interference.

Lastly, are you sure you completely disconnected your inside wiring from your telco?
