Vonage Hello sixman, when you say you cant get to the router setting's page..do you mean





Hello sixman, when you say you cant get to the router setting's page..do you mean nothing happens at all? or you can at least get to the screen where it prompts you for name and password?
to make sure you are entering the correct Number's in the address bar of your browser, do this:

1) right click on the icon for your lan connection and then choose ' STATUS". .. Icon is down by clock and looks like two monitor's ontop of each other

2) when window opens, click on the "SUPPORT" Tab

3) in this window, write down the ip address next to the "DEAFULT GATEWAY" heading.

4) close all those windows and open your internet explorer browser

5) in the address bar type in http://192.168.xxx.xxx (where the X"s are the numbers you should have written down, should be something like this 192.168.15.1

if you do steps as I mentioned above it is the way to make sure you have the default gateway ip address to enter into browser, then all you will need is to enter your name/password and router setting's window should appear.

let me know if this helped or go you in, it is possible somehow your default gateway was changed and you were not entering the correct numbers .
