I am in Spain and I have been using Vonage from here for months without problem until last friday. I signed up for Vonage in canada.

I got a high speed internet connection and the VT2442 is connected directly to the network (no router) with an static IP address.

To ping to the Vonage network I do the following:

1) I dig vonage.com and get:

vonage.com. 600 IN A 69.59.254.188
vonage.com. 600 IN A 216.115.22.200

2) I log into the vt2442 and from the tools->ping test section I ping the addresses above getting answer from all of then except from 69.59.254.188 and 216.115.31.140.

I have restarted the modem many times.

The static IP address has not been change. I can ping the vt2442 from another computers in the same network.

One thing that I have not tried yet is to reset the vt2442 to factory defaults and set it up again. I just would like to be sure that the problem is in my side before I do that.
