Hello all,
My setup is as follows:
Cable modem -> WRT54G -> RT31P2. The RT54 connects a wirless laptop and then hard line ethernet cables out to a couple of PC's and to the Interent port on the RT31. The RT31 has phone lines out to a cordless base and a fax machine. It also has ethernet lines out to two PC's and one LAN printer. Phone and fax work just fine and every PC has internet connection. I have NOT changed any of the settings on either router. My issue is this, the child can see the parent but the parent can't see the child. When I am on a PC that is connected to the RT31 I can see my LAN printer and get to both 192.168.1.1(RT54 router IP) and to 192.168.15.1(RT31 router IP). But when I am on a PC that is connected to the RT54 I can't see any of the machines or the printer that is connected to the RT31. I also cannot get to 192.168.15.1. I have searched this forum and have found plenty of postings about this setup but never a mention of the PC's that are connected to the RT31. I'm sure there is an explanation out there somewhere and if somebody has a link to that thread, please pass it along. I don't want to waste any more of your time, at least any more than it took to read this.

*I believe this is going to be an IP configuration issue, I just don't know what they should be!

• The RT31P2 is a firewall. Anything plugged into its LAN ports won't be visible
