Hello, I new to this forum so please bear with me. The problem I am having is people telling me intermittedly during the daytime as I use this in my home office. It is not all the time but enough of a nuisance that people that I am calling say they can't hear me and the audio is garbled at times and some instances of a dropped calls 1.Location- Acworth, Ga - 30 miles outside of Atlanta 2. ISP- Comcast cable 3. Upload is about 2.4Mbs and download is almost 6Mbs 4.Modem is Motorola SB5120 5. Vonage adapters _ I have two for two separate lines. I think this is because I had 3 lines at one point but now I'm down to only 2 lines. Motorola VT2142 and Motororla VT1005V 6. Set up - Cable modem-Linksys WRT54GS Router-Netgear FS608 8 port switch and then the two vonage adapters out of the switch 7. Issue garbled audio and dropped calls 8. I have the vonage bandwidth feature set to highest voice quality Here's my VOIP test results. It says my connection can support 33 lines. Is there anything I can do about the QOS? Thanks in advance for any help.
