Hello,
I just started using Vonage two days ago and I am having problems receiving and making calls to a regular non-vonage landline. When I call a number that is not Vonage I cannot hear it ring but the call goes through. When the person picks up they cannot hear me and I cannot hear them. When someone calls me the same thing happens, my phone rings but I cannot hear them nor can they hear me. If anyone else has had this problem and figured out how to fix it I would greatly appreciate the heads up. Below is the information on my equipment and network. I am also pasting a copy of the Voip test I ran. Thanks for the help.

Location: Rural Southern Illinois
My ISP and Type: Hughes net both braodband and wireless on my network.
