Vonage Hello. I have been using a standard vonage issued PAP2 with my router without any

Hello. I have been using a standard Vonage issued PAP2 with my router without any problem for the past 8 months. However, I recently changed from the standard PAP2 device to the Motorola VT2442 because of its QoS function. Everything seemed to be working great: crystal clear calls regardless of what I'm doing on the computer. However, I have one major problem now.

I cannot surf certin websites such as MSN, Hotmail, or check banking statement at Citibank. When I type in the URL and press enter / or click on a link leading to sites such as these, it shows in the bottom of the browser (using hotmail as an example) "Connecting to hotmail.com" then "Waiting for login.live.com" then "Transferring data from login.live.com," and thats it. Just a blank white page and the page does not load. Some websites I can view after much delay: the browser pauses at the transferring data screen for about a minute, and then loads the page. Others, such as hotmail.com, I cannot view at all.

I have, additionally, noticed an overall sluggishness in the speed of browsing. Overall download speed has not decreased at all, as measured by benchmark tests. However, the transition time in between loading pages, transfering to new sites, has increased significantly.

i think there is some kind of problem with the NAT feature on the VT2442. I initially thought there was a problem with the routing feature on the VT2442. So I disabled the router on the VT2442 and connected my existing D-Link router to the VT2442 (that is, behind the VT2442) and connected my computers to the D-Link. However, I still am experiencing the same problem. In either setup, I can't seem to get around using the NAT feature on the VT2442. So, it seems to me that it it might be the source of my problem.

Is anyone experience this same problem, or know of the solution to it? Are then any firmware updates available for this?
