Hello All,

I am having a problem with an imcoming call from my dad. He calls me but always get a message from an operator that his call cannot be completed as dialed and to please hang up and try his call again because he may have the wrong number. I have a 803-632 number and for my small town back home its local for him to call me. he calls other numbers in that area and exchange with no problem. he only has problems when he calls my number. it is a local call for our area. my mom and aunts call with no problems. its just my dad. i have had Vonage since the 9th of this month and i love it so far. i just cant understand why my dad cant get thru to me without hearing that error message. also when my mom and aunts call all they have to dial is 7 digits and when i call them all i have to dial is 7 digits. we never dial a 1 or area code. i am hoping that my mom wont have an outrageously high phone bill or anything cause now i am kinda suspicous that it may not be local to them. my dad doesnt have long distance on his phone but neither does my mom so i kinda ruled that out as being the problem cause she can reach me just fine by only dialing 7 digits. any help would be greatly appreciated and thankyou.
