Haven't had a chance to run the tracert but here's another tidbit. I did buy a new fax machine today. I didn't necessarily buy it to cure this problem, I bought it because my Panasonic was killing me in printer film cost. We receive a lot of faxes and a laser fax seems to be the way to go. Anyway, I got a Brother MFC-7820N and it's a great machine. But I thought I'd say that it still cannot fax to my customer. I didn't really expect it to work, but disappointing just the same. This machine reports 'poor line quality' as the result of failure.
