Vonage Has anyone actually gotten this to work? I have been trying for days and keep getting

Has anyone actually gotten this to work? I have been trying for days and keep getting loggin failed or 404 and 408 errors CAN I USE MY HX4700 WITH MY XTEN SOFTPHONE AND MY VONAGE ACCOUNT? The support from both Vonage and Xten is HORRIBLE on this subject. Please help if you have figured this mess out.
