Vonage Had vonage for several weeks. Once every day or two I get circuits busy (fast busy)

Had vonage for several weeks. Once every day or two I get circuits busy (fast busy) when attempting outbound calls to local non-vonage subscribers. In addition, we still have our Verizon line with it forwarded to our Vonage line. Still have one phone connected to the Verizon line, and when people call our Verizon number it gives a brief ring (to remind you it's forwarded) and then the vonage phones ring. Once or twice a day the verizon phone will ring then nothing on the vonage phones. My suspicion is that the forward is hitting circuits busy, too. I need to catch the next calll after one of these episodes and ask them if they called earlier and got circuits busy (so far my wife always gets the next call and she won't ask). Anyway, it looks like Vonage has a shortage of gateway connections with the PSTN. I can count on one hand the numbe of circuits busy I've gotten over the years with Verizon, including long distance.
