Had V-Portal for about a year now.

Phone and The Ethernet (LAN) Port to a Mac

All the sudden today, no Internet connection on the MAC.
1. Lost phone connection for a while.
2. Phone connection came back after powercycling modem/router combo and vportal, but no Internet connection. Know signal must be coming through if phone is working.
3. If I plug internet feed into Mac instead of VPortal I get my connection back, so the problem is only running through the VPortal.
4. Ran all diagnostics on VPortal and no errors. The IP on the VPortal screen and my Comcast modem/router admin screen all looks the same.
5. Comcast did report some trouble in the area today, but I woud think no service would mean my Vonage would be dead too.

Any idea what happened or how I can get my internet connection to flow through VPortal again to the Mac?
