Vonage HI i just received.. my LINKSYS PAP2..phone adapter...and i would like to know

HI i just received.. my LINKSYS PAP2..phone adapter...and i would like to know some details...

I live in miami,florida but iam currently working overseas for like 2 years.and everytime i buy a prepaid phone card it cost me like 5 dollars.. and i spend about 5 cards in 1 month..and its to much..

...and i would like to konw what details are asked when i do a RETAIL ACTIVATION.. is it better if i do it online..myself.. or should i call a custumer service representive...

i dont want to give my credit card number over the phone...so i would like to know.. how long it takes for the RETAIL ACTIVATION to work..will i have service in mints or in a couple of hours..??

P.S

and another question is .. does the RETAIL ACTIVATION give you and option to also activate the TOLL FREE NUMBER.. i would i have to call Vonage for that...and also.. is the toll free number asigned right away in mints.. or do i have to wait hours..?

i need to know what detaisl i have to fill out..when i do the RETAIL ACTIVATION online...

because iam working overseas...

i don thave a U.S.A phone number... because i had the service canceled.. when i came overseas...

can i still sign up with a phone number..

what are the basics.. all i need is my credit card number.. and a usa home address or what..??

i want to activate the 24.99 a month 1 month free...

OH and can someone tell me how Vonage international calls are handled... someone told me that Vonage charges you.. if if no one picks up the phone..at the destanation party...when placing international calls...

can someone clear those things up for me.thanks..
