Vonage Got the Linksys phone adapter yesterday, set up no problem-browsing the internet
Got the Linksys phone adapter yesterday, set up no problem-browsing the internet and making calls (not receiving) in no time. From my conversation with the Vonage rep when signing up (because the online sign up failed), my understanding was that the SBC number would be transferred by the time the adapter arrived but it looks like it hasn't been. I haven't received any info regarding letter of transfer etc that others have posted. Is that in the account section somewhere? I called customer service...hung up after being on hold for 30 minutes. Any suggestions on getting info, speeding up the transfer... ? Thanks
