Good evening,

I’m simply considering Vonage as an alternative to Sprint and am aware it will not be a smooth transition. Being in business I am use to hassles, therefore I'll certainly not be crying. *LOL* Under funding and understaffing are likely reasons why Vonage is unable to adequately support their customer base and address said issues, hence the backlogs. It's all about money.

Anyway I just want to give this a try. If I can have my way both lines will be virtual numbers. There's a method to my madness. =)

• they don't work on your time schedule, so don't come back crying when it takes longer
• np, good luck with it. fyi though, you have to have at least one "real" number because
