GREAT NEWS! IT WORKS!

The problem I was experiencing involved the way that my Internet Connection Sharing PC was communicating with the RT31P2. Your fix actually worked perfectly, I simply forgot to go back and set up the network bridge.

For XP Users, here is what I did:

I connected my Internet Connection Sharing PC to my RT31P2 via Ethernet Jack #1. I connected my Second PC to my RT31P2 via Ethernet Jack #2. I connected the WAN Port on my RT31P2 back to the RT31P2 via Ethernet Jack #3.

I logged into the RT31P2 via my Second PC and under Setup -> Advanced Setup, I disabled NAT and Dynamic Routing.

Under Setup, I clicked on MAC Address Clone. I Enabled MAC Address Clone and put the MAC Address of my neighbor's wireless router into the boxes provided.

I clicked "Save Settings".

The RT31P2 reboots. I logged back into the RT31P2 and clicked on Status -> Local Network -> DHCP Client Table button and confirmed that all devices had been assigned an IP by the RT31P2.

I went back to my Internet Connection Sharing PC to create the connection to the internet.

I went into my Device Manager by holding down the Windows Logo Key on my keyboard and pressing the Pause-Break key on my keyboard at the same time, then clicking the Hardware tab, then Device Manager.

I clicked the plus sign next to "Network Adapters" and I uninstalled all of my networking components EXCEPT for my Wireless Card. This allowed the wireless card to get an IP from the Linksys Wireless Router at my neighbor's house.

I right-clicked on "Network Adapters" and chose "Scan for Changes". Windows reinstalled the NIC that connects to my RT31P2. I closed the Device Manager.

I went into my Network Connections by going to My Computer -> My Network Places -> right-clicking and selecting "Properties"

In the left side panel, I selected "Set Up Home or Small Office Network". I chose the first option "This computer connects directly to the internet. The other computers on my network connect to the internet through this computer." Click Next.

I selected my Wireless Connection as the connection that connects to the internet and clicked next, then selected the NIC that connects to my RT31P2 as the secondary connection. I click next and select to turn off file and printer sharing. I name the workgroup that my computers connect through and click next. I read through and confirm my choices by clicking next.

After the wizard finised, I selected "Just finish the wizard, I do not need to run the wizard on my other computers." and clicked Finish.

I restarted both of my machines, and after restarting everything worked perfectly.

I hope this information helps someone else who is behind a wireless network with a gateway!
