From your photos, I can't see exactly where the wires from the DSL box are connected inside the NID box; I can't answer directly.
But I can answer in a general way:
You will no-longer need to use the DSL box at all.
You will need two pairs of wires between the NID and your room. (The existing cable probably has two wire pairs already.)
One of these wire pairs should be connected to the red and green terminals on the NID where the DSL line appears. This pair will carry your DSL service, and should be connected to the jack in your room where the DSL modem is plugged in. When you make this connection, you should disconnect all of the other house wiring that is connected to these terminals or to the middle row of terminals on the DSL box.
The other of these two wire pairs should be connected to the jack in your room where you will plug in the telephone cord from your Vonage device. (The ethernet cord from your Vonage device will, of course, be plugged into your DSL modem's LAN jack.) At the NID, connect this second pair to all of the house wires that you disconnected from the NID or from the middle row of terminals (labeled voice) on the DSL box.
End result: all of the house wires (except the pair from your DSL jack) are to be connected to each other and to the voice output from Vonage. Your DSL jack will remain connected to the line coming from the telco.
