For QoS purposes, on a home or small office network, the WiFi connection should not have an impact. In those cases, the limit is normally the uplink out of the router to the world. If you have 11m on your wireless AP but only 1m or 384k uplink to the internet, then - unless you are doing some major file transfers very locally - the wireless link does not matter - the limit would be the same as if you were on a wired TA - probably most like a cordless phone connected to a wired TA. If you are in a crowded place with lots of people sharing the same AP on a company LAN, then there may be a difference but if you are going to Vonage service, the uplink out of the building is still your likely limit.
