I am contacting you to inform you of your number transfer. I have requested a status from Vonage's carrier that is handling your request. As soon as we obtain a finalized transfer date we will contact you immediately. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

I am contacting you regarding your Vonage account. At this time your carrier has not replied us, since the last time we requested an update on your Vonage account. Unfortunately our carrier partners has been experiencing some difficulty in processing the orders submitted by Vonage. Vonage cannot set your transfer date because we currently do not own your number. We are currently requesting a transfer date from your local carrier. Your transfer will take place, but we currently do not have the exact date in which this will occur. When we are updated with the exact transfer date from your local carrier, we will contact you immediately. Vonage will credit your account for delays past the 20 business days deadline. We are working steadfastly to port your number.

I am contacting you in regards to your number transfer. I researched your account and determined that your number transfer was not successfully executed. Vonage researched your order and determined that your request was sent to the carrier however your paper work was not processed. Vonage has already expedited your request with your local carrier and we are now waiting for a transfer date to be issued. When we do receive this information we will contact you immediately via E-mail.
