Vonage First thank you. Vonage tells me to call my ISP for help to set up a router. My ISP(AT&T)

First thank you. Vonage tells me to call my ISP for help to set up a router. My ISP(AT&T) wants to charge me $100.00 per solution because the product(router) is not AT&T. Yes, I know some tech might circumvent this 'rule' and help anyway. I have literally hung up 16 times and called back and asked. I can not afford the $100.00. If this does not work or you(anyone) can not help me I will continute to use my dlink.

RIGHT NOW both computers are on line using the Dlink router. However, I was mistaken the dlink router sits at: 192.162.0.1. The default for the linksys model I have is 192.168.1.1. This can be verified here(http://compnetworking.about.com/od/routers/g/192_168_1_1_def.htm)

The WAN IP for the router I am no now is:
192.168.15.3
The LAN IP is:
192.168.0.1
The Dlink is set on Dynamic IP - whatever that means.

The Router works - the DLiNK. This tells me all I need to do is change the LAN IP of the Linksys to what the Dlink is now(192.168.0.1). Make the Linksys "Dynamic" and stuff should work.

RIGHT? RIGHT! WooHoo!

Or no? Does none of this make no sense and I should just stick with the Dlink because it works for now?

Here is technical information:
Is this the information a savvy(or non savvy hacker might want?). I do not care! Hopefully this helps you help me! It is all individually and uniquely password protected! I do not really know what a lick of it means. But, here it is. IF this helps you/someone help me please give me the email to paypal the $25 to
