With Vonage router inline and running. I re-ran the test several times, and frequently got a QoS around 97% with a Max Pause more like 50 ms, but there were other lousy readings as well. Apparently I'm all over the map on Max Pause. Round Trip time was consistent.

I'm no expert, but 14% doesn't exactly sound stellar!
