I know 778 is a cell area code also and reaching her husbands cell 778 number is no problem for her, it's just her home Vonage line to my home Vonage line, just doesn't make any sense to us but it might be something very simple, but haven't had any suggestions or help from Vonage whatsoever, email or phone calls.
