Vonage Does anyone use Vonage for their business. I want to take leap and leave my analog

Does anyone use Vonage for their business. I want to take leap and leave my analog phone service behind but to trust 20 phone lines and extensions to this type of service. What makes it even more frustrating is that I can't seem to get anyone on the phone to talk about this. I would love to hear from anyone who can provide positive or negative referals about business service for an office. I'm not talking about a 1 man shop or someone who works from home but a company that has multiple phone lines, extensions and employees.
