D'abord une parenthèse: à voir le nombre de messages dans le forum canadien-français, on peut vraiment conclure que la masse critique n'y est pas. Un forum en espagnol serait sûrement plus achalandé.

La question de l'interminable message d'accueil de la boîte vocale est un des rares sujets de nature "linguistique" qui mérite de loger à l'enseigne de ce forum "franco". C'est pourquoi je reprends mon intervention à l'origine de fil de discussion (thread).

Quand mes correspondants, majoritairement francophones, rejoignent ma boîte vocale ils sont généralement surpris (et ennuyés) par le long message en anglais (menu vocal) leur demandant d'appuyer sur le "1" pour ceci, le "2" pour cela et le "#" à la fin de leur message.

Heureusement qu'il existe une fonction non documentée de la boîte vocale Vonage permettant d'éliminer cet inutile menu vocal. On fait comme suit:

*123 (pour accéder à la boîte vocale)
Mot de passe
9 (Setup options: configuration de la boîte vocale)
4 (On accède ainsi à une "option" non documentée: incoming call menu)

C'est là qu'on peut annuler ce long message inutile que certains qualifient de "fonction évoluée"...
