Vonage Comcast Internet with Motorlola Modem Connected to Linksys RTP300 Connected

Comcast Internet with Motorlola Modem
Connected to Linksys RTP300
Connected to PC through NetGear GA311 PCI Card
Dell Dimension PC with Windows XP
2 Phones connected through Line 1 on House Wiring with street line disconnected...

No real problems for about 3 months then:
All of the sudden this past weekend I started up my pc and was having issues connecting to the Internet. I have Comcast and login through an AOL account. Initially AOL said there may be a Firewall issue and to check for permissions. Tried logging in again and got past any Firewall issues but it was a very slow connection never fully loading the Welcome page and finally a message appeared saying "Delayed Internet Response etc." I tried opening Internet Explorer and it barely started loading my homepage. I decided to check the Phone and it had really bad sound quality with alot of crackling. So I decided to power cycle everything. After waiting the proper amount of time and turning the components back on in the proper order I still had the same issues. I decided to connect my PC direct to my Comcast Modem to verify if my Comcast connection was ok. I did this and had Internet with Lightning Speed!!! So, I called Vonage. The first thing they had me do is try and connect directly to the RTP300 through http://192.168.15.1 etc... No luck. He had me power cycle, push the rest button and wait, switched the phone to line 2. No luck. He determined since we could not connect to the RTP300 that the hardware is no good and I need a new one and are sending me out one. Well, in the few days I have been waiting I tried my old RTP300 again. The very 1st time I powered it on I was able to connect to the admin page. Call quality was still poor. After about 5 min of browsing through the router pages things started to slow down and I basically lost the connection again like before. I did notice that the Internet light comes on solid on the RTP300 then begins to blink so fast almost looking solid. If I unplug the cable to my PC The power light and Internet light blink like crazy.
Does anyone know of anything else that could be wrong other than a bad RTP300? I have had almost flawless performance of Vonage for 3 months now and all of the sudden this.... I have noticed some Internet slowness over time, especially comparing it to the speed I got when connecting directly back to the Comcast modem... In the beginning I was told about the "10Mbps/Full Duplex" setting on my GA311 which solved a losss of connectivity issue.
I just don';t want to be disappointed if my new RTP300 arrives and I still have the same issues.....
