Call Call and Call. Took me 3 months with loosing incoming calls from my old number for almost 1 and 1/2 moth of that. Demand to speak to the escalation dept and the porting dept. Do not take no as an answer. If the rep you are talking to won't do it call back and speak with someone else. Keep a log of when you called and who you talked to. My log is long I even e-mailed it to them. I am now fighting to get my number back and switched to another service and they are making up excuses why they can't do that.
