By the way, I did post under my "Cancellation Problems" topic that Vonage actually stepped up and resolved this issue for me. It took a while and I had to go to the Executive Respose Team, but it got worked out. I don't feel bad for posting all of this, though. I'm sure they monitor these sights and that could be one reason I got it taken care of.
All in all, they took care of my problem, but they do need a lot of work on their customer service department. I don't think I would get too many people disagreeing with that.
And about the rates going up, I don't use anything but my cell phone. I have a great plan on it and that's why I was cancelling Vonage in the first place.
