Bonjour tous et toutes!
Je m'appelle Brigitte et je me suis procurée un Vonage depuis peu. Puisque je suis en vacances pour quelques temps j'ai demandé à un ami de l'intaller chez moi pendant mon abscence. Il se trouve qu'il a passé toutes les étapes sans probleme, mais c'est à la fin pour le Set Up sur la page "Linksys" en entrant les infos du PPPoE, que le system se déconnecte et qu'il n'arrive pas à me brancher pour le fonctionnement du modem. Quelle est l'erreur qui fait qu'à chaque fois il se fait débrancher?? Je suis sur le logiciel d'exploitation Windowx XP Pro. Dois-je le reconfigurer?
Si quelqu'un peu m'aider svp j'apprécierai beaucoup car j'aimerais bien utiliser mon Vonage et me faire sauver des frais de longues distances pendant mes vacances!

N.b: Franck ne parle pas l'anglais, j'ai donc dû appeller l'assistance Vonage à quelques reprises mais n'ayant pas mon ordi devant moi cela rendait les choses plus difficile à comprendre (ainsi que le lourd accent des agents du service à la clientèle!!!)
