Then too are Microsoft, the makers of Viagra, Cialis, along with any other item or service being hawked by third-party vendors. Whether or not the actual makers of the product have any knowledge of the "spamer"(sic) is irrelevant, following your line of reasoning, and we should condemn them all anyway.
