The good news, however, is that you're probably at the factory defaults now. You should be able to get back by using the reset button. That said, you should be able to disable the VT2442 as a DHCP server by going to Setup/Lan configuration and selecting Enable DHCP relay. (Right now, Enable DHCP server should be checked.) I'm not sure about the DNS part. I'd turn off the DHCP and see if it works.
