Vonage Before someone says it, I can guarantee 100% this isn't my ISP, or any of the 3 computers,

Before someone says it, I can guarantee 100% this isn't my ISP, or any of the 3 computers, nor the software the 3 of us are running. This isn't an ISP connectivity issue, and it's not the software. It's the router. I have 3 computers connected through the router and it CONSTANTLY has intermittent disconnects of various pieces software. I MUDS (Text based RPGs online) at http://www.dsl-mud.org and that gets disconnected randomly, My messengers, whether I'm running them directly or whether I'm running via Trillian. I play World of Warcraft and that gets disconnected randomly as well. Not for everyone in the house gets disconnected at the same time, but it has happened to each of us seperatly at different times. All 3 of us will be online doing something, and only one of us will get disconnected then when he reconnects and another of us will get disconnected, or not, it seems to be almost completly random. I checked with my ISP, and they are showing us with no service interruptions at all. I believe them because before we got Vonage we were going through a Hub with multiple DHCP IPs and we had no connectivity issues at all. As soon as we got the vonage router, that is when the connectivity issues started. I've tried every setting known to man on the router and it still has had no effect at all. Does anyone know what this could be besides connectivity and Windows based software... i.e. what could be wrong with the router, because that's what it is... the router. Can I point out any more that I'm 100% sure it's the router. thats messing up the internet and not my ISP.

Vonage Router - Internet Connectivity Issue

Could be a bad router. I had one. What firmware do you have for the router? Login
Just checked it, it's Firmware Version: 1.27.01 Gonna check for upgrade. No
I had similiar problems with Dark Age Of Camelot random lag and disconnects. I
So the sollution to the router, is to get another router and use that instead, hehe.
Yeah, basically that is the answer. The Vonage router isn't too impressive, IMO.
i had the same problems went out and got the wrt54g and not a prob since
