Been using the Vonage service for over a year with no real problems.
All of a sudden, yesterday morning I woke up and there were no leds lit up on the Vtech 8100-1 adapter. I removed the power cord and plugged it back in and the ready light went red, blinked yellow several times and then just went off again.

I tried different outlets and different power supplies (before customer service even replied to the message I sent and came back with just those ideas), but there's only brief flashes on the leds before it dies again.

Here's the info that the "what to post when having issues" post asked for.....though I doubt any of it is really relevant to my issue:

Location: Riverside, (southern) California
ISP: Time Warner Cable
Upload/Download speeds: See speed test data below
Modem make/model: Ambit U10C018
Vonage adapter: Vtech IP8100-1

Anyone else have an issue like this before?

:edit:

Just tried the reboot method from the Vonage website, but that didn't help. Also, when I plug the device into a new outlet with a different adapter (which has a 12v output rather than the 5.1v output of the adapter that came with the IP8100), the message waiting light starts blinking and the Ready light goes red, then flashes yellow several times, then goes green for a second and shuts off again (but the message waiting light continues to blink).

Hope that extra information might help.
