At my previous house I had the grey housing unit outside (NID). At my current home, I can't seem to find one outside.....my home might pre-date that. I think in my basement there's like a terminal where it appears the line from outside comes in and everything in the house branches off. Anyone have a similiar setup that they can give any guidance on? I don't actually have Vonage yet, I'm trying to confirm that I can set it up and get it in the whole house before I sign up. I'm pretty familiar with wiring, I've setup my own cat5 computer network and have done numerous phone extensions off of existing lines. Any comments or suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance.
