On 4/22, I receive this email -
"I understand that you have an issue that requires immediate attention. I apologize for the delays you have experienced. Your issue has been escalated to the Executive Response Team and I will personally assist you in this matter.

I have reviewed the case at hand and have requested any new updates to be forwarded to my attention. As soon as I have any new information in regards to this issue, I will relay my findings to you.

We value you as a customer and strive to offer a great service and, when needed, fast and helpful customer care. Again, I apologize if you have been dissatisfied in these areas thus far. I am hopeful we will be able to assist you with a resolution that meets your needs.

We are dedicated to customer satisfaction. We look forward to your reply.

Well after 3 months, at least I finally show up on their radar screen as having a problem. I also called in to see what they could tell me. By the way, customer service wait times have gone away, I called on a Friday night, @ 9:00 PM, and waited less than 1 minute. The rep went to check "the spreadsheet", I bet that is a doosey of a spreadsheet by now. Well as expected, no new updates but she did open a ticket, as VongaeGirl recommended.

That's all for now, I'll let you know when I hear something back.
