Are you saying the charges and lines and everything isnt showing up on your Vonage Dashboard online as well???? This just showed up on your bill??? I hope that dont happen to me. That would wipe me out as I live check to check and use my bank card to pay this bill. I wouldnt have gas to go to work even which would put me even deeper. The first night I signed up, Vonage was down. It took my money, gave me a number, dialtone even and then nothing.Couldnt make or recieve calls.For 3 days it was like that.If you used the cell to call the number they gave me I was told the number didnt exist as dialed.I was thinking I got scammed into a bunch of trouble. I finally started to work and its been pretty good so far. A kind here member gave me a hand and things have been good since. I am happy so far. You have me a touch worried now though....The first tech I spoke to I couldnt understand her, and she only told me that Vonage was upgrading their servers and to try my line in 24 hours.Then she persistantly tried to sell me International calling for $6.99 a month.I had to keep telling her over and over that I do not call out of the country and would sign up when I do.Thats my only complaint.
