Anyone who buys this service should be ware of charges incurrsed when canceling within 30 days. You will still be charged for the device and EVERYTHING...even if you cancel before the 30 days is up...they claim the refund will occur within a week but it has been longer thant htat for me. This service is nothing but FRAUD! DO not purchase VONAGE! Try calling the Billing department before you order and ask for a manager..you will be put in circles and disconnected. Vonage is Hell!!
