Vonage Anyone wanting to use Linksys WIP330 Please read. I called Vonage as a 3 year customer

Anyone wanting to use Linksys WIP330 Please read. I called Vonage as a 3 year customer to activate my WIP330. After 45 mins with the Philipines call center, I was told I could not use this phone because it did not have a "vonage sticker" Well after obtaining SIP settings for the softphone I was able to play with the config and get it working. I had to open some ports on the router as well as manipulate the config, and upgrade the firmware. All this is better done throught the Linksys Web GUI and not the phone. Do yourself a favor and dont call for support. I was soo frustrated and informed it would not work. It is now up and running and working well. My only concern will be Hotell Firewalls blocking port 560, but we shall see. Hope this helps anyone wondering if they can use 3rd party phones or The new Linksys WIP330. My main purpose is due to travel as well as this phone is the first phone I dont have to carry 110/220 step down converter.
