Vonage Anyone running macs on their home network run into any issues running the VoIP

Anyone running macs on their home network run into any issues running the Voip speed test on this website? The test runs fine, but it always shows a slow download speed. I have comcast 3 Mbit service and rarely show over 2 Mbit on this test for download. Upload is always in the 260 Kbps range. Fine. Anyway, spoke to comcast last night and they said everything is fine....and oh yeah, they know nothing about macs. THey always scare you buy telling you that they CAN send a tech out, but if it all turns out to be fine, they will ding you for $50.

My question is this: have the macheads out there found this test (and other java based tests) to accurately represent your download speed?
