Vonage Another option you have available to you is a "V-Access" number provided by Vonage.

Another option you have available to you is a "V-Access" number provided by Vonage. Your friend would dial the V-Access number and then she can call you for free. If she uses her cell phone, her cell minutes used would still apply, but it's not an International call for her it's considered a local call. The V-Access number is 441772286374...assuming "1772" is her local city calling code. Once connected, she will be prompted to enter your Vonage number.
