Also go on line and make sure that the device registered on your account is the new one and that it is designated as the active device. I would think that Vonage would have done this before they sent it, but maybe they didn't.

If you still have the old device and if it's still working at all providing phone service, then this is definitely the problem. Only one device can be active at a time.

To check provisioning, plug your computer into the Vonage device and log on to the admin pages. Provisioning status is on one of the pages, though I don't recall which one.
