Vonage All of a sudden I cannot call outside of the Vonage Network. What the heck? I

All of a sudden I cannot call outside of the Vonage Network. What the heck? I can call other vonage numbers but I call a bell # and the line just sits.... it won't ring. yes... I've troubleshot various numbers :) Oh and I CAN RECEIVE incoming calls from Bell no problem.
