Vonage All incoming calls are free so it doesn't matter if you have the unlimited plan

All incoming calls are free so it doesn't matter if you have the unlimited plan or not. I think the V-Me calls are free to the user and that the buddy at tech support didn't really know what he was talking about. I tried it with my cell phone and the cell phone rang with a toll free number. I tried with my soft phone and it came up as my name. Has anyone else tried to call tech support on this issue? I sent Vonage an email yesterday on this subject and I have yet to hear back from them.
