All I have to say is that actions speak louder than words or messages. I do not care what management of Vonage has to say of what will not happen or that service will continue, that the lawsuite won't affect us, etc. What will be judged is the actions of having uninterupted service. That has been the issue lately for Vonage and is a sign I think regardless that something isn't right. Because I've had some friends, before they moved to a different state and switch service had Vonage for a while back in early to mid 2006. They didn't have any problems,etc but ever since I switched to Vonage in December, there have been so many issues(on the Vonage side not being the equipment, user, or anything like that, etc) in the last couple months or so that it is so bad. I will be looking around for something to replace Vonage because I did not sign up for poor service, poor quality. They cannot seem to get it right lately. Literally, we wake up each day wondering if our phone will work or not today. That is not good. I think they just cannot handle the load of customers coming to them and it has affected the service and they cannot counter that to get customer service or service quality to a decent standard.
