Same here. I recommended Vonage to a lot of people in 2004 & 2005. In 2006 things deteriorated, and in 2007 I'm planning an exit.


I signed up with a competitor to try out their service, which is reportedly outstanding. So far I am extremely impressed with their customer service- English speaking, polite, empowered to get things done, and almost zero wait time. So I would not in any way consider Vonage the "largest" when you consider that even though Ma Bell may not have the number of Voip lines in service that Vonage does, they are certainly a much larger entity.
