Again? This is the first thing you've mentioned that seems even REMOTELY Vonage related. I know you claim to be doing everything else right, but the fact is, everything else you describe has nothing to do with Vonage. It has to do with your router not playing well with your modem. Yes, that would PREVENT Vonage from working (assuming your Vonage PAP2 is behind your router), but it has nothing TO DO with Vonage and is certainly not a Vonage problem.

When you say the phone 1 dropped out, was that a temporary thing, or has it quit completely. If temporary - it happens. If completely dead, Vonage can switch you to use phone 2. That would be a Vonage issue, but that is the only thing that appears to be a Vonage issue.



That describes a router problem, not a Vonage problem. And, from your earlier post, a problem that you've had before. You've described LOTS of problems between your modem and your router, but only 1 Vonage problem, not to mention that Vonage will never work if you can't keep your Internet connection working - before you scream profanities at Vonage, you need to resolve the Modem -> Router problems!
