After reading some things on here I have looked into my router status and it shows the following information:

I assume the blocked UDP packets are from Vonage. If anyone can help me with getting my settings corrected I would appreciate it. I initially set this up without any problems and last Friday started having a problem. There were some updates to firmware according to CS so that may have been the culprit but now I have no phone service, in or out. I currently have Ports 5061 and 10000-20000 forwarded. I have read other sites suggesting more ports but that is what Vonage recommends.
