Actually, even though I think the problem is with your ISP, I'd start with Vonage technical support. They have more incentive to try to figure out the problem. The symptoms you listed in your first post are a very good start starting point for your discussion, though I would leave about the part with the wireless router. That seems to be a coincidence. I'd call 888 250 1799 and ask to be put in touch with tier 2 technical support.
