A quick google for router setting for PS3 (search router settings ps3), found the following:

set udp 4658 in port forwarding. (see http://2ksports.com/forums/showthread.php?t=101035)

You should do this on your Vonage router AND your other router. I like the idea of putting the Vonage router after the cable modem and before your network router, as the QOS settings helps with Vonage calls.

Also, set your network router WAN address to a static IP (on mine, a linksys router with the VT2142 in front of it, I use 192.168.15.2), so the DHCP does not assign another ip and screws up the port forwarding. Be sure to set your Host to 192.168.15.1 and DNS to 192.168.15.1. The addresses asume your Vonage device is set to 192.168.15.1
